Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained

  • 2 teaspoons tahini

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Pinch of chilli powder (optional)

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth

  • Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
