Ingredients:

  • 90g dates

  • 75g almonds (or cashews)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend until finely ground

  • If the mixture isn’t binding together, add 1-2 tsp of boiling water and blend together

  • Shape into balls and chill for at least an hour before eating

  • Store in an airtight container until consumed (or store in the fridge and they will last 3-4 weeks)
