The Aburrow Kitchen’s Easy Salad Dressing
This is my easy salad dressing – perfect to jazz up a bag of salad leaves. I use this with a pre-washed 400g bag of crunchy salad leaves, a pepper, some grated carrot, sweetcorn and grapes – fresh and delicious!
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Add all ingredients into a small pot (I use weaning pots as these are the perfect size for storing in the fridge, and have a fitted lid)
- Place the lid on the pot and shake for a couple of seconds until all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly together. Do this over the sink in case you get any accidental leakage from the pot/lid
- Drizzle over your salad just before serving (or keep in the fridge until ready to use (use within 24 hours) – give it another quick shake before use if the dressing has been stored in the fridge)
